Job Description

Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team at Concentrix. We combine human-centered design, powerful data, and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.

We are looking for an experienced reporting lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and development, with proficiency in Python and R. As a reporting lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data reports and visualizations to support business decision-making. You will work closely with the data science and analytics teams to create meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data reports and visualizations using Python, R, and other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create customised reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to extract insights from data and present them in a visually compelling way.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and visualisations.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes to support reporting needs.
• Train and mentor junior members of the reporting team to improve their technical skills and ensure high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and data visualization using Python and R.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
